Shipping Policy We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times Standard shipping within Australia generally takes 3–8 business days depending on your location. 

Shipping Delays Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, weather events, or peak periods are outside of our control. We do not offer refunds for delays once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us so we can assist with a claim through the courier. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe.

International Shipping International shipping times vary by destination. Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
